Who are PRS Living?
PRS Living specialise in residential letting and property management across both England and Scotland. We're here for portfolio clients who have property in more than one location, but want a consistent approach to the management of their rentals.
We're looking to provide corporate standards and techniques to a very personable, independent, company. We're here to help direct clients and their portfolios, ensuring expert advice is provided at every step of their investment journey.
What experience do we have?
PRS Living is directed by an experienced residential property expert, having worked for some of the largest estate agency firms in the UK. From entering the property world as a debt recovery agent at 17 years old during school holidays, to 20 years later being an Operations Director for the Investment Management arm of the fast growing company in the UK property sector.
Having guided and advised large institutional management companies on their investments, providing portfolio reviews on OPEX/CAPEX, rent reviews, disposal strategies, PRS Living is in the market to provide individual clients with that level of expertise.
PRS Living's foundation is built on excellent knowledge of legislation, markets and extensive asset management
experience. Obtaining PropertyMark qualifications in 2017 for Property Management and Lettings, covering England and Scottish legislation, PRS Living is powered through knowledge, expertise and performance.
Having a rich background in corporate lettings and property management, we understand the importance of supplier
relationships to execute effective management of portfolios. Our supply chain means that we can streamline the
management of your portfolio whilst maintaining a local feel.
