PRS Living was founded by Kenny Ord after two decades at the sharp end of English lettings and property management. The company exists because the standards of management and renting are increasing.

The Founder
Meet Kenny Ord

Kenny was the Property Manager, the Letting Negotiator, the Property Consultant, the Relationship Manager and more. With 20 years of experience in property, Kenny has held a variety of roles since he started out in a debt recovery function during school holidays when he was 17. Fast forward 20 years, he is the very hands-on founder of PRS Living. Kenny served as Operations Director within an Investment Management Department at one of the UK's largest residential property management groups. That role gave him a rare view of the industry at scale - what works across a large portfolio, where the systems break down, and what customers actually need versus what they're typically offered and receive.
The problem he kept encountering was the same: customer service failings resulting in operational inefficiency and eventually, underperformance. National operators pushing operational limits, local offices unable to manage diverse and dispersed portfolios in a uniform manner. PRS Living is his answer to that gap - national infrastructure, personal accountability.
Kenny is MARLA qualified (Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents) in both England and Scotland. When you work with PRS Living, you're working with Kenny directly - from onboarding to monthly calls, Kenny is here to ensure your letting and property management experience is unrivalled.

Smaller, more personal businesses can offer both clients and tenants a better residential management experience, in my view. The benefit for clients is my 20 years of national portfolio management, having previously led a team that managed 4,000 homes across 75+ towns and cities across the country. Professional Standards
Kenny is a member of PropertyMark. As part of his growing team, new members of staff will be required to undertake qualifications to obtain their accreditation and become a member of PropertyMark. Standards aren't for the few; they are for all.
